Customer Service As an employee owned company, we want to know your needs, but more importantly, we want to understand your needs so we can be proactive in problem solving. Whether it is meeting you 100 miles away at 6 AM or at the airport between flights with a hot job, our customers know we mean business when we say service is our most important product. Our sales staff has an average of over 20 years experience in buying, selling or producing printing. In addition, each sales representative is paired with a customer service representative who follows the daily progress of each job in the plant. Finally, each of our sales reps is equipped with an alpha pager and cell phone....our commitment to the belief that good communications are at the heart of good service. We have seven sales representatives covering Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, Detroit, Lansing, Jackson, Lenawee County, the balance of southern Michigan, Toledo and northern Ohio. Any one of them is just a phone call away. As for communications with our plant, Spectrum has a dedicated Internet line for communications and email.
